Please send only Word Files and try to avoid PDF or Powerpoint files. File size should at most around 40-80 KB for a typical CV.

A recent Photo is always helpful. Make sure the file size is not much more than 10-15 KB. This should be sufficient for any passport-sized photo if the scanning resolution is set correctly.
